Change the city around slightly.

Added a new newbie area.. sort of.. a shop for buying torches, and a bunch
of alchemy shops for the new cauldrons/forges/etc. Still need to update
one or two things here.. will finish tonight, and add to bigworld.

Guild houses are now located in:
Scorn, Lone Town, Santo Dominion, Brest, Darcap, Caterham, Nurnberg,
Navar and Wolfsburg.

Guild sales house is in Scorn.

Jail map (with damned exits) is in Scorn.

Nethack in Crossfire updated to have damned exits and an exit to Scorn.
Only access to this mapset is from the upper floor of the guilds and
requires 'capturing a spectre' and 20 amulets of lifesaving to pay for
the portal.

Added new dragonguild map in scorn.
This place is specially for dragon players.
Special elemental residues are sold there,
which can change the ability focus of dragons.

Changed reset time to 30 minutes for Scorn, beginners, tower and world_a3
Made the gate guards friendly so they won't attack players anymore
Scorn is now no_spells to keep players from testing their new spells there

Optical changes ("cosmetics") only.
Used the new png wall-faces to make the maps
look better in png mode.

/mak, /dtabb, /world:

Moved the mak maps (warrior proving tower) from
scorn to dtabb (northeast edge). Reason: Such extremely high-level
maps shouldn't be located in the starting town.
Besides, dtabb has an urgent need for attractive maps.

I also modified the mak maps: Corrected bugs, enhanced
optical appearance and cleaned up some big balancing problems.
(Turban of heavens and ancient bracers for example).
The monsters there still give huge chunks of exp. However,
I prefer to watch how players get along with these maps
before widely reducing exp.
