All teleporters which are not of archetype teleporter
(like floor tiles with "type 41" set) have been broken.
This was due to missing "activate_on_push/release" flags.
A lot of maps have been struck by that and I have
now fixed all occurrences I could find... I hope there's
not more.

the ancient epigraphs in ancient castle work correctly.

Map changes to adopt the new arch versions of the
evil masters. This does not change the behaviour or
difficulty of the evil masters. Only the way how they
are written in arches and maps.
Also fixed a small bug in the underground of eureca castle.

pupland:
Greatly reduced magic resistance for evil masters
and rock crushers. This should give wizard-characters
a fair chance to kill them.

warrior tower:
Created a shortcut to the ancient temple. It's not
all easy to figure out. And one needs to complete
the prerequesite-tests *two* times for it, plus bring up
a fragment of chaos (->Chaoslair).
