Rebuild/fix of makefiles: Remove utils/flushlocks - player locking is no longer done, so no need for that script. Have crossedit put its proto.h file in the crossedit directory like it did under old make system, and not in the include directory. crossedit will probably go away sooner or later, so best to isolate all of its code into its own directory.
