another editor question

hello again.
Ok.  I want to be able to add specfic spell books.  
How do I do that?  if I left them on a shop floor, would they be unpaid?

Is there a way to make random books only have only 1-4 level spells?  

I also would like to add a +1 sword or a +1 plate for newbies to find.

any help?
(or where do I look for help)
