new picks maps for ftp--try them, you'll like them

I've gone through the picks maps for crossedit.
This is what I've done:

 --  All the monsters are in the monsters2 pick map (i think)

 --  All the artifacts extant are in the artifacts pick map (i hope)

 --  Almost every archetype is now in the picks maps somewhere,
     I probably only missed a few.  (The spell archetypes aren't
	there, for example)

 --  The monsters2 pick map includes sanitized verisons of the
     players--they look like players, they feel like players,
     but they are monsters and will not crash the server.
     They are ideal for talking monsters in bars.

 --  I added an 'equipment' pick map which has every weapon, armour,
     shield and helmet around.  The shields, armour, and helmets are
     sorted horizontally by order of effectiveness.
