Compiling crossfire under Linux?

Howdy folks!

I seem to be missing the following header files under Linux.
I've grepped all my /include directories recursively, they simply do
not exist.  Has anyone compiled crossfire under Linux?  Can anyone
tell me what these files are for?  I know what tcp, malloc, etc. are,
but Linux doesn't seem to have these headers.

#include <libc.h>
#include <arglist.h>
#include <xfile.h>
