I eventually got make depend to work, but only after editing server/daemon.c

Using Solaris 2.3, and gcc 2.7.0
the line - (near line 90):

#if /*defined(__sun__) &&*/ defined(SVR4)

was causing problems with the compiler and coming up negative, resulting
in the wrong include. A bit of hacking - so that sys/termios.h is included
fixed it.
