CF: paths?

hi, 
  I have this problem when setting up cf: I set the top root
directory in the 'crosssite.def' file to my own custom path, but 
when I go to run cf it still points to /home/sleipner. I find 
that I only have this problem when not instaling cf as root, 
otherwise I would let it install into /home/sleipner.
