CF: Players Handbook

	I guess the handbook is about as close to finished
	as its going to get. I have put several files related
	to it on ftp.astro.psu.edu in pub/thomas. These are:

	handbook.ps.gz	: 	Players handbook.
	handbook_noicon.gz :	Players handbook w/o icons
				(less memory, ~same # of pages)
	playbook.tar.gz :	files to build the Handbook
				with. unpack it in the top
				directory.

	If anyone catches some glaring errors, Id be willing
	to fix them. Other than that, this should be the 
	final edition. Enjoy,
