CF: Cone bug?

Hi,

is anyone having the same problems?
a) Cone spells such as face of death no longer kill monsters that are
   larger than 1 field (the just pass around them)
b) meteor swarm seems to kill larger monsters only if you hit the head

NO_CONE_PROPAGATE is _not_ defined.
