Yes, these are newbie questions ... the solutions to those puzzles are
hidden in maps.  Yes, there are suitable quests for higher level
characters in the range you gave.  But half the fun is finding them.

Explore more.  Hit "a" more often on buildings, and talk to more
non-player characters.

I've managed to get to level 18 over the past few months ... quite a
challenge, and I enjoyed the progression.  Takes a bit of patience.
And I've yet to figure out what these new spells actually _do_.
