CF: Sex & Crossfire

One of the guys in my party asked his wife to play, she got started but
was annoyed when she discovered that she couldn't choose a female
character. Crossfire is a bit sexist in this regard.

Couldn't a female classes be added?

eg. The Valkerie  from Gauntlet or similar?
