Yeah, of course. Previously, good-looking food couldn't be poisonous,
so you quickly learnt which food stuffs to avoid. A bit painful the
first time, but not a big problem (esp. when there was only three
possible foods ;-)
I think either negative random effects on food should go away, or the
effect should change into normal poisoning (the one you get from
mosquito bites etc.)
