CF: public servers?

Hi,

are there any other public european servers? I only know two, one of them
is my own :-( It seems that non-european servers are not "playable" due to
slow links to the states (whitestar times out, tenjin is too slow to be
fun, palannar is too slow, too, elycion is too slow).
