CF: New crossfire server up and running - US

Hello,

 Thought I'd mention that there is now up and running a crossfire server
on the East coast of USA. The host to connect to is: develop.nmdg.com and
the port is the default port address. Feel free to email me if you have
any queries about this server. At this stage the crossfire server will be
up and running 24/7.
