CF: Please help

Hi,
        I am a newbie crossfire player.  I have crossfire 0.95.1.  Right
now I am stuck in Pupland, in the pre-historical archaeological site.  I
went to the end, found a cristal ball, and came back to where I entered the
rooms full of traps.  But now there is a grate which is closed.  Can you tell
me what I should do?  I have gone back and forth many times, but to no use.
