A Couple of Minor map fixes

After seeing a couple of messages on the list about the friendly giants
tower in Scorn, I remembered a patch I put together to fix the
giants speeches somewhat (he was tending to use maork and gork 
interchangably, which was slightly confusing given the relationship
between them.) The patch is attached.

Also attached is a small fix to /navar_city/library which fixes the
Very Rare books room so the key will actually open it.
