Changed reset time to 30 minutes for Scorn, beginners, tower and world_a3
Made the gate guards friendly so they won't attack players anymore
Scorn is now no_spells to keep players from testing their new spells there

Some cosmetics and minor bugfixes...
I removed the random rune-traps from the doors in the
newbie tower. It's unfair and frustrating to get killed
by a rune at level 1.

/city, /Lake_country, /pup_land:

Optical changes ("cosmetics") only.
Used the new png wall-faces to make the maps
look better in png mode.

/mak, /dtabb, /world:

Moved the mak maps (warrior proving tower) from
scorn to dtabb (northeast edge). Reason: Such extremely high-level
maps shouldn't be located in the starting town.
Besides, dtabb has an urgent need for attractive maps.

I also modified the mak maps: Corrected bugs, enhanced
optical appearance and cleaned up some big balancing problems.
(Turban of heavens and ancient bracers for example).
The monsters there still give huge chunks of exp. However,
I prefer to watch how players get along with these maps
before widely reducing exp.

Lake_Country/DA, Lake_Country/RETower/tower2,
Lake_Country/snake_pit/snakepit_2
Removed "changing 1" which was very wrong because the objects didn't
have an other_arch.

Lake_Country/DA (Hanuk), Lake_Country/snake_pit/Chaos_lair4 (vampire)
Set "randomitems none" to make modifications of these objects effective
(before, they were overwritten with archetype's values when these objects
applied something).

Replaced triggers with handles.
