old crossfire maps

Hello,  

A while back I downloaded cleaned-up versions of the old maps to 
ftp.ifi.uio.no:/pub/crossfire/incoming/old-maps/...

The exits are cleaned up some, obsolete archetypes fixed, and the map names
are converted to more meaningful names such as map.1234...

They are NOT properly connected to the chico maps, but this shouldn't be
too much work.
