Since this game is never finished, some players will allways 
find a way to reach the maximum values in all characteristics.

You can either lower the limits or stop whining, because cheese rule
lawyers will always find a way to easily get to the max values in
things.

All the lowering the limits, or making it harder does is make the game
harder for 'average players'.
