 In general, once every month to once every other month.  Depends how much
stuff changes and how much time I have to put it together.  I will probably try
and make a new release by the end of this month.

 If maps have changed, I will make an archive the same time I make a new source
release (even if the changes are very minor)

 Both of these questions should be answered/clarified if you look at
doc/mapguide.

 I've never had a case yet where 2 people sent maps for the same building.  In
general, map creation doesn't happen all that often/fast.
