patches for 0.92.2

	I have put together 3 new patches for CFv0.92.2.

	They are:

	  - exp0.9.2.2 ==> patch to the skills system. New
			   'use_skill' command, similar to
			   'invoke'. 

	  - book2      ==> patch to enable printed material
			   to show up in treasure hoards 
			   and shops.

	  - read-write ==> patch to enable players to write
			   notes in books via writing skill.

	There are other changes in these patches which I have
	not detailed here -- however you can download the 
	tar files from ftp.astro.psu.edu (/pub/thomas) to 
	look at the documentation for more details.

	If you are interested in applying the patches, there
	are install scripts included. Please NOTE! You mush
	install these patches in the above order!
