CF: Linux requiring crypt.h

Hi,
	Only the glibc based versions of linux have a crypt.h.  Thus it
is only necessary to include it on such systems.

Is anyone providing RPM's or other packages of the crossfire server or client?
Is this service needed?

Is there a 1 stop shopping place for all the new style clients?
