Yep.

Well, it wouldn't exactly be unlimited. First, a 'travel card' would cost
a lot, *and* transports are pretty much between fixed places. Mostly as a
convenient way of getting between the larger cities, for the more
experienced players.

Since such travel wouldn't be possible to outside places anyway, you can
still do that :).
