 Scorn (and most of the maps) don't have any real direct ownership - that
basically means that anyone can make changes, and assuming they are reasonable,
I'll put the new map in place.

 Maps which down have some ownership are typically put in a directory making
that fact sort of obvious (peterm, thomas, asyvan, etc.).  For those maps, if
there are problems, I usually notify that map creator and let them update it if
they want.
