| Question: With the standard X11 in the server in 0.94.3, what bugs

My biggest problem with the X11 server (and standard client)
for crossfire is the clients width.
I like to paly crossfire at home but as I play on a Linux machine
(PC display - 16 bit color X server) I am limited to a display
of 800x600 pixels.
Anyone have a good client I can use for a smaller display?
The default crossfire client and the X11 server client both use a
display which is about 900 to 1000 pixels accross. Though lots of height
space is available.
This means that when fighting I have to move the window to see the
inventory, but then when talking and identifing I have to pick up the
window and move to to see the whole messages area.
This is a real drag (pardon the pun). I also tried to use seperate
windows but that seems to require seting their positions everytime I
start up and I have found no usfull layout so I can see all of them
easilly. The individual windows also do not resize that well, Resize
whould be especially usefull on the messages window.
I was hoping that with clients being develops I could tell the client
to use different (smaller) fonts and rearrange things for better play on
the smaller display (more height less width).
