CF: Last question, I promise!

How do you go about resetting the map so you can log in again and all 
monsters, everything will be reloaded.  For that matter how do you 
gracefully close the crossfire app.  I can close my client well 
enough, but the actual game I only do ctrl-c to kill it.
I'm sure there is another way.
Anyways, if someone could help me out I really appreciate it.
