All teleporters which are not of archetype teleporter
(like floor tiles with "type 41" set) have been broken. This was due to missing "activate_on_push/release" flags. A lot of maps have been struck by that and I have now fixed all occurrences I could find... A bunch of bugfixes and minor mods.
Worth mentioning: city/apartment/apartments: Altar is now level 30, and one must pay 12 holy symbols to get it. I think there should be at least that small effort to get the altar. pup_land/kurte/jungly: The jungle-maze is a lot easier now.
