Darcap Inn

Location:

A red building with a gray and black roof found in the south east area (near the water) of the city.

Description:

Several rooms for a character to safely log out of the game.  Library behind a closed door contain information about quest.

Suggested Levels:

All levels.

Monsters Encountered:

Inn Keeper (and I don´t think there is any benefit to killing him.)  A couple of old men to talk to (they help you get into the library).
