Add missing newline to end the mark.arc file. Without this newline,
the collect.pl scripts creates a bad entry in the archetypes file,

server/skill_util.c: Fixed spelling of unwield
configure.in: Update -z checks to not use eval, double quote the variable.
This seems to be needed on solaris and probably other systems.
