Location:

One way of getting to here is from the northernmost, brown galleon located in Navar.

Description:

This city/map is undergoing major changes.  So some areas are not entirely complete.  But the basic essentials are available (shops, transports, a few maps, etc.)

Suggested Levels:

Mid level range for here, around 8 to 12 probably

Other Information:

There is a sign in the middle of town, that lists some of the areas open.
Some of the maps also have a minimum level suggestion just inside the entrance.
The shops are evenly spaced in the southern and central area of the city.
