Suggested Levels:
Level 6 for fighters, Level 8 for spellcasters, if you stay in the obvious areas of the map. Much higher if you say the wrong thing to some NPCs, or engage in one of the hard-to-find quests.
Other Information:
The three practice houses in the town are great places for low level characters to gain experience.
Walk around, talk to NPCs, and be very observant. There are a lot of secrets in this map, including two major quests.
