Look for a black ship in the central docks of the Port of Scorn (almost straight north from the gate you use to get from the City of Scorn to the Port of Scorn) You can also find a ship in Santo Dominion.
The city that you arrive in is called Stoneville; the island that it resides on is called Dragon Island.
