Central Library
Location:
A dark red, two story building in the east central area of Navar.
Description:
This is just another branch of the Central Library in Scorn, and is more or less identical. You can pay a one-time fee to enter the library, or you can buy a library card from the little store. Card holders have access to the rare books collection as well.

Librarians and cleaning ladies.
Royal Guard (if you bully the cleaning lady)
Recommended Levels:
Level 1, unless you're looking for trouble by bullying the cleaning lady.
Other Information:
The Library is a good place to improve your mental skills at low levels. (Hint: if you find a book beyond your comprehension, you might want to try 'use_skill literacy' to see if you can identify it by a stroke of genius. This can boost your mental experience as well.)
