Tobias Tower
Location:
The gray tower with the domed roof located in the north central area of Santo Dominion.
Description:
The map consists of seven levels and is part of a miniquest. Talk to Tobias on level one to begin. Then get ready for the infestation of mice!
Suggested Levels:
Level 1 for the first six levels of the map. Level 3 for the seventh level of the map.

Mice, Birds, Bees
Other Information
This map really isn't about gaining experience (after all, you're mainly up against mice..) but eliminating all of the mice so you can get the reward (random item).
The mice can easily travel from one map level to the other.
Using brute force probably won't solve the quest for you.
