Location:
A large white building, with pillars on the front. Located in the north west area of Scorn.
Description:
A couple of chambers divided by a hallway. One area has some game information (commands, etc.) available. The other section is empty.
Suggested Levels:
Nothing to fight, but contains some information that is helpful for new players.
